Project Labor Agreement: A Landmark Agreement
Metropolitan continues to support underserved communities with the expansion of workforce and training opportunities under its newly established Project Labor Agreement. This landmark agreement is a cooperative partnership between the construction labor unions and Metropolitan that requires contractors to follow labor requirements, including prevailing wage, employing local hires, providing adequate training and supporting apprenticeship programs.
